1. Who you are dealing with

Veteran Movers Tulsa is a trade name of Move That Stuff, LLC, a licensed and insured moving company operating under USDOT #3310246 from 1566 N 166th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74116. It is not a separate company, a broker, or a lead-generation service. If you book a move through this site, your contract is with Move That Stuff, LLC, and Move That Stuff, LLC employees perform the work.

By using this site or submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and estimates

Our published rate is $70 per mover per hour with a two-hour minimum, plus a flat $150 truck fee for moves other than labor-only jobs. The price ranges shown on this site are illustrative typical outcomes, not offers.

Any figure produced by this website or quoted over the phone is an estimate. Local moves are billed on actual time worked. The final amount depends on how long the job takes, which is affected by access, stairs, elevator availability, packing readiness, and the volume of goods. We will tell you before the crew starts if something we find on site changes the plan.

Requesting a quote costs nothing, obligates you to nothing, and requires no deposit.

3. The 15% military discount

The 15% discount advertised on this site applies to the labor portion of a move for:

• Veterans discharged under honorable conditions
• Active duty service members, National Guard, and Reserve
• Immediate family — spouses, children, and parents of the above

Tell us when you request the quote or when you book. We may ask for reasonable proof of service. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts and cannot be applied retroactively after a move is paid.

4. Contacting you

Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you about your move. We will call and, if you gave one, email you. We will only text you if you checked the optional consent box — see the Privacy Policy for the full SMS terms, including how to opt out.

5. Full moving services terms

The complete terms governing an actual move — payment and cancellation, prohibited items, liability and valuation coverage, the claims procedure, accessorial charges, storage, and loading-only services — are published by Move That Stuff, LLC and apply in full to any move booked through this site.

Those terms are incorporated into these by reference. We maintain one authoritative copy rather than duplicating them, so that you are never holding a version that contradicts ours. If you would like them sent to you directly, ask and we will email them.

6. Use of this website

Don't submit false information, don't use automated tools against our forms, and don't attempt to interfere with the site. Content and branding on this site belong to Move That Stuff, LLC.

The site is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or continuously available.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Moves crossing state lines are additionally governed by federal law and the regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. The terms in effect when you book govern that move.
