Veteran Movers Tulsa is a trade name of Move That Stuff, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a moving company located at 1566 N 166th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74116. This policy explains what we collect on veteranmoverstulsa.com, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to this website only; our main site at movethatstuff.com publishes its own policy.

1. Information you give us

When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, and — if you provide them — your email address, the addresses you are moving from and to, your preferred move date, the size and type of your move, and anything you type into the notes field.

We ask for exactly what we need to quote and schedule a move. The form has five required fields; everything else is optional and marked as such.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we log technical information sent by your browser: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you.

Because this site is advertised on Google, we also record advertising click identifiers that appear in the web address when you arrive — Google calls these gclid, gbraid, and wbraid — along with campaign parameters such as the search term that matched. These are stored in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days and are attached to your quote request if you submit one. Their purpose is to tell us which advertising actually produces customers. They contain no information about you personally beyond the fact that a particular ad was clicked.

3. How we use your information

  • To prepare your quote and contact you about it
  • To schedule, perform, and invoice your move if you book one
  • To measure which advertising campaigns work
  • To detect and block automated abuse of our forms
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed carrier

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other moving companies, lead brokers, or referral networks.

4. SMS and text messaging

The consent checkbox on the quote form is optional and unchecked by default. If you check it, you agree to receive text messages from us about your move. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your quote — we will simply call you instead.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the parties who help us operate:

  • Move That Stuff, LLC — the company that performs your move. Your quote request is entered into our internal booking system.
  • Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, described in section 6.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting of transactional email.
  • Twilio — delivery of text messages, if you opted in.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. These set cookies and read the click identifiers described in section 2 so we can tell how many quote requests and calls a given ad produced.

You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, or manage ad personalization at My Ad Center. Blocking these does not prevent you from using this site or getting a quote.

7. Data security and retention

This site is served over HTTPS, and quote submissions travel encrypted to our booking system. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can reach it.

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed motor carriers. Ad measurement data expires after 90 days.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email patricknorris@movethatstuff.com or call (918) 992-4171. If we are legally required to retain something — a bill of lading, for example — we will tell you.

9. Children

This site is meant for adults arranging moving services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child submitted information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
